Prices include include:

Additional information:

• Children up to 3.99 years stay free of charge (baby cot - on request, free of charge);
• Children over 4 years old and a third adult are accommodated on an extra bed or sofa bed;
• A child over the age of 14 is considered an adult;
• Additional payment for a room with a terrace - 2.56EUR/5лв. per night
• Additional payment for an apartment - 10.23EUR/20лв. per night
• Accommodation including Friday and Saturday must be a minimum of 3 nights;
• Accommodation with pets is not allowed;
• Check-in - from 14:00;
• Release - until 12:00;

Payment Terms: 

• A bank deposit is required
• 50% of the total amount within 3 working days after booking
• The remaining 50% of the reservation amount is paid upon check-in 

Cancellation conditions: 

• Up to 7 days before check-in - no penalty/During this period you can cancel or move your reservation without penalty. 
• After the 6th day before check-in - a penalty in the amount of the deposit/During this period you may  cancel the reservation, but the deposit  will be held as a penalty/Important: All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to email: Reservation change conditions:

Card payments:

• Payment by debit/credit card via virtual POS from DSK Bank.
• Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa and Mastercard, B-card.
• Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.
• We do not store data on bank cards used for payment through the site.
• If it is necessary to return an amount paid by bank card, the amount is refunded to the card with which the payment was made.
